About this Workshop:
For the last few months, “Quiet Quitting” has been a topic that has been discussed. With the seasons changing and the year rapidly coming to an end it's important to check in with ourselves. With less sunlight, cooler temperatures, increased workload, fiscal years ending, and an uncertain economy in 2023, our stress and anxiety tend to escalate and take their toll on our personal well-being.
During this interactive workshop, we'll be creating a safe space to talk and openly discuss what stress and burnout are, what indicators can look like, how to identify what our stressors are and how to best look after and prioritize "me" with self-care tools to recover from stress and to avoid burnout.
